Hi Folks,

wondered if someone could assist me,

When the ios 9 public beta came out i thought i would give it a try, registered my details and downloaded the profile thing (which gave me the feedback app) however i didnt make a back up of my 8.4 profile prior to install (stupid i know) anywho, i then couldnt get ios 9 to install due to the hammering the servers must have been getting so decided to do it another time then never really got round to it.

so as it stands now i have ios 8.4 with the feedback profile installed, but no 8.4 back up available

my question is when ios 9 finally launches and i update with this revert me back to a normal "public" version and remove the feedback profile or am i doomed to be stuck with it from now on?

Cheers

You can just go and delete the iOS 9 Public Beta profile and the feedback assistant will go away. The profile has nothing to do with your data, it just allows you to update to iOS 9 beta OTA, and it gives you the assistant so you can report bugs you find in iOS 9.

And how would I do this please?

Settings > General > Profile > Delete
