Hey everyone!
I just want to express my feelings that I've bought my first iPad (iPad Air 32GB Space Grey with Red Smart Cover) for the first time and I'm rather excited - Wo0o0oo! =D
Although I have a silly question I'd like to ask you "lovely" people, since the guy at the Apple Store (Leeds Trinity - UK) wasn't being helpful at all, especially with his one word answers.
I've been reading the forums and I've noticed that some people aren't happy with their display as theres been problems with them. I'm slightly worried that when my iPad Air arrives via post - I might encounter this problem to.
I've purchased my iPad Air through a UK website called http://www.scan.co.uk. For those who don't know who Scan are - Scan builds and supplies high-performance systems, PC hardware and software, and consumer electronics through the retail and retail markets. They are very famous and known around the UK.
So my question is - if anything has happened/does happen to my iPad Air (touch wood it doesn't) will I have to contact the place where I purchased my iPad from or can I take it to nearest Apple Store to fix whatever the situation is as long as its under the year warranty?
The guy at the Apple store said "No. No we won't." - now I'm slightly worried now
