Question (transferring files from ms office to itouch)

i have jailbreak itouch 32GB 1.1.4 using Ziphone 2,6 on pc with windows XP and i want to know if is possible to transfer files from office ( Word,Excel,Power point,PDF) to my i touch
Also i have from apple the OpenOffice 2.4
If that is possible i need that some one give me some instructions how to do it
