I understand i will need to set her up with an iTunes account. My question centers around the apps currently on the 4. Will she be able to keep all the apps i currently have or will she have to start from scratch? I know they will transfer to the 5, but wasn't sure if there was a way that she can also have the same apps.

Sorry if this is a noob question.

Sarcasmville.
You can have the one account shared with as many iPhones/iPods/iPads as you wish to share the account details with. Our family has the one unified account for 6 iPhones so we only buy apps once.

That is awesome. Would we both have to have the same apps synced or could we individually pick and choose which ones we want on our phone (same with songs?)

Again, sorry for being a noob, haha.:D

You can choose manually which apps and songs to have through iTunes.

To make this even simpler you can do it on two separate computers. Thats how my wife and I do this. Just log in with the same account on both computers and use homeshare to move content between machines.

Unfortunately we share the same computer, but thanks anyways.
