Question

    I barely just got back my iMac from the Apple Store. After setting up my computer and relaxing I noticed that there was a small dent. You can see it from an angle. I know that it doesn't affect performance, but I payed a high premium for this lol. So can I file a complaint? Has this happened to you before and what occurred after?

    You can file a complaint, but they can just as easily say it was there before.

    Take it back, no brainer really it will be replaced. As you say, it's a premium product and you paid a premium price. You won't get hassle, just phone ahead and do it ASAP.

    Yeah the thing, I'll file a complaint of course. Hopefully everything goes well.
