When my finger pushes the question mark key near the right side it pops up a bit a left. I hear a quiet click. At this point I am able to lift the front side up. Is it broken? Should I use super glue to keep it down?

Super glue won't work, then it will be non-functioning. If it still is function properly then I would leave it alone. I had my shift key go bad. The recommendation at the Apple Store was to purchase a new keyboard. It would not be worth fixing.
