Is there any way to have all photos I take automatically go into the iCloud Shared Photo Library?

I would like to automatically share all photos with my wife but only when I’m at the same place with my kids - is this possible?
 
Another question has come up: when I select ‘Download Originals’, will all photos in the Shared Library be downloaded or only the ones I took?
