So I am a proud user of iMovie on the Macs at my school, currently working on my second movie (for Japanese class).

I wanted to know how I can add music and cut out audio from the filmed part, so the video plays, but the only audio heard is the music. How do I do this?

And you have probably also seen the movies where the final scene has the final second is frozen, and it stays there, with music playing into the credits, then it slowly fades. How do I also do this?

My movie is due next Friday, so I need some quick help. Thanks.

use the ducking tool in iMovie for your sound issues

for the freeze frame i'd use a screen grab from the frame of the movie then insert a picture into the project
