if i jailbreak can I still buy apps from the apple app store?

I remember reading several months ago about apple banning jail breakers, I'm just wondering what the chances are that Apple would ban me for jailbreaking especially since jail breaking is now legal in the US... is apple still banning people for jail breaking?

You can still buy App Store apps. Apple has never banned people from buy apps because they where jailbroken.

I think I heard that Apple was considering banning *developers* who wrote jailbreak apps from selling their "legitimate" apps in the app store. I don't know if they ever actually followed through on that.

thanks for answering my questions, I looked up the article I thought Apple have banned jail beakers, and apparently it was people that made the jailbreak itself not the users of the jailbreak, and I'm glad I can still buy from the app store, while apple limits what we can buy on their store, they have a wide selection, and I want to use some apps Apple has rejected lately
