Questions on Airport express with AirTunes

    Hello peeps, can the Airport express work as a range extender with my D-link DI-624? Please advice. Thanx!! :)

    Nope. It'll connect to the wireless network but will not extend its range. Maybe look into a specific range extender from D-Link, if available. Unfortunately WDS isn't standardised and therefore getting routers to extend networks from different branded routers is difficult and usually not possible. :)

    No worries. Just to be clear though, you'll be able to connect the Express to the D-Link network and use AirTunes but your range will not be increased.
