Questions re Sonnet Tempo SATA 6G

In the past, there have been known sleep issues with Sonnet cards. Does anyone have any experience with the new card?
Anyone knows, if the card works under Lion, 64 bit kernel?

no idea about lion mate, but works a treat in 10.6.8.

What kind of chipset is on the card?
