So I called up Apple and they are allowing me to return my Macbook Pro (with a restocking fee) and I'm getting the cheaper, faster Macbook Pro instead. (The one's just announced June 8th I believe). Here is my issue, the women on the phone said I would receive an email from a carrier with a shipping label and bar code of some sort I am supposed to print out and bring to the respective carrier's post office. She said the shipping will be paid for by Apple. However, it's been 48~ hours since that call and I have not yet received an email from a carrier with said information. The representative on the phone said I should get one in 24 hours. Suggestions?
