I have never preordered an iPhone before, choosing to just go the Apple Store a few months after launch. For those who have, I have a couple of questions.
1) Is the box already open? Has the carrier had to access the phone ahead of time to set it up for you?
2) What if you were to choose to sell it on Ebay. Is the phone already locked to you or does that not happen until activation? Does this matter if it's a GSM or CDMA phone?
