Quick Access To Passcode From LockScreen?

TouchID doesn't work well when my finger is damp and so I just skipped to the passcode entry on iOS9. Now with iOS 10, there is no "slide left" to get to passcode entry...or so I believe! Can anyone confirm or correct me please?
 
Apologies - I meant on the IP7 or IP7+. I have the IP7 and pushing the home button does not bring the passcode screen.
