In Aperture, please tell me there's a way to use a hotkey to cycle between the library, info and adjustment panes??? Thanks!

Yes there is a way.

Poking around in the menus found:
  • Library: ^P
  • Info: ^D
  • Adjustments: ^A
  • Next Tab: W
