I bought my 6s plus on launch day sep/25 and heard we had 60 days to add apple care + on the device... Today is Nov/25 is it too late to add it or yesterday was my last day?

Technically today would be your 61 days, so you are 1 day past. But doesn't hurt to call and ask.

I thought that after the initial period you could still buy AC, but it would have to be checked by a store before the 1st year is up.
