Quick BootCamp/Parallels question

Hello, I own a copy of Windows XP, whos license I'm not using because my PC desktop that I built died.

Is there any special stipulations to what type of copy of Windows you need to use BootCamp or Parallels, or will any XP copy do?

For Boot Camp, XP Home or Pro, SP2 or above. Parallels doesn't care, I think you can still run DOS/Win 3.1 with it.
