I'm going to the US in two weeks, and i was wondering if the local apple store at the fifth avenue in New York had the Macbook air 1.8Ghz 80gb HHD. Does anyone know?

Yes they did last time I checked... You can check inventory on apples website.. It will let you know if a store has them in Stock.

I asked for a link to the website for that specific store, because most local store's normally have the 1.6ghz with 80gb hd, but i want the 1.8ghz processor with 80gb hd.

Here's the link for the NYC Fifth Ave Store. MBA Availability is in the upper right hand corner. It says to check back at 9PM tonight for tomorrow's availability. Obviously you'll want to check the night before you come back because I don't think they'll hold one for you. You could always call and ask. It never hurts to ask.
