No, here's what you can do though

1 Option: Nest all the sequences, and put it into one sequence and hit render

2nd option: Copy and paste everything into one sequence, and hit render
 
Actually, what I do is set my "Auto Render" option in User Preferences to 5 minutes, and leave open the sequences that I want rendered. It will render any sequences that have a tab in the Timeline.
