My new panasonic camera shoots video in three formats: avchd, avchd progressive and MP4. What's the best (easiest to use with imovie on my imac) format to use? Thank you in advance.

OK, Thanks. I actually had it on the other format and my quick test imported into imovie just fine. But I will switch to MP4 and use that. Not that I plan on doing a lot of video with my still camera but its good to know...
