Quick Help PLS! Pulling video out of a Keynote presentation?

I need to pull a quicktime video clip out of a keynote presentation... havent ever really used keynote (but the more I play with it, the more I like it over powerpoint!)... but Im working in Final Cut and need to pull this video out - any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Unpack Contents

Find the original Keynote file you have saved (on your Desktop or in Finder) , Ctrl+Click on it and select "Show Package Contents." Voi la!
