I am helping a friend. He is jailbroken with spirit on 3.13 on a 3g with on 05.13.04 baseband.


problem is the phone is busted and there is no wifi or data to get ultrasn0w from cydia. How can I unlock his phone?

Use "Cyder" on your PC to get the unlock from Cydia. Google Cyder

use an AT&T sim for a few minutes to download and install ultrasnow thru carrier data.
