Quick: How to install IOS 7

Whats the best method to install IOS 7, onto my Jailbroken iphone, so I don't loose my pictures already on my phone. Thanks for the input.

On this topic, if I press click option-update and select the IPSW file, will all my data still be there after the update or be removed completely? & Does that mean a clean install is only viable through option-restore but not option-update?
