Quick launch Icon

Hey Mac-Addicts out there,

Is there a way to make a Quick Launch Icon like the Apple site icon ?

besides the drag the url way, i want to make a Documents quick launch Icon like below

you can add any files or folders to the dock on the right hand side of the spacer, next to the trash, so if you want a particular document to open, just put it there in the dock.

www.interfacelift.com has guides how to change icons as well as ton of icons for you to use

and i know of no way to remove the trash can, maybe transparent dock or Onyx, but i can't say for sure, sorry

I downloaded Onyx and no option of taking TrashCan off the dock..
