Quick Look Simulator randomly opened up after today's update

For some reason Quick Look Simulator located at:

/System/Library/Frameworks/Quartz.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/QuickLookUI.framework/Versions/A/Resources

Started to run after today's update finished. Did this happen to anyone else?

Same here . . well at least now I realized I left auto-updates on, fixed that.

Mine too, today after a Safari update, on Catalina.

Updated to 16.3 and it happened to me. Running 12.6.3.
