I have I cloud drive enabled as I want. But I don't see camera roll on my photos. But when I go to settings, iCloud Drive is on but photo stream is on as well. Am I suppose to turn of photo stream?

This was information that I got from a Cult of Mac article.

With the release of iOS 8.0, Apple killed the Camera Roll — to the horror of many iPhotogs. But iOS 8.1 allows users to resurrect the classic Camera Roll album after it was replaced by the Recently Added photo. To turn it back on: Go to Settings >> Photo & Camera >> iCloud Photo Library, switch to off.

Wait, do I have to have photostream on since I just want to save all my photos and videos on iCloud and access them from anywhere?
