I have Amazon gift vouchers and am going to get a 1TB Time Capsule. Is this the most recent model?:
Apple Time Capsule MB765LL/A 1TB

They seem to have a few different models listed and I want to make sure I have the most recent.

It's the dualband one, so it is the most recent. But make sure you pay around $300 or less. The first default price mentioned is $449 from some other affiliate on Amazon.
