Quick Question about Iphone batteries

I am about to buy a lot of batteries. My question is:

Are the iphone 3g and 3gs, the same or different?

If different how so, in terms of replacement? Are they interchangeable

Are they physically different, connectors, or is one more powerful?

In the time it took you to post this you could have simply done a google search. . .

3G and 3GS batteries are identical and most shops you purchase replacements from state they will work for both.
