Quick question about iTunes Match.

So I've been considering getting iTunes Match so I dont have to keep updating my iTunes libraries on all my computers/phone/iPad.

Anyways, I have ripped CDs from a couple years ago. I know that I can download and replace them with higher bitrate copies of the songs which I plan on doing, but I am also wondering if the new downloaded copies will all be tagged correctly accoriding to the iTunes store (more specifically, things like album art and lyrics, which a lot of my older rips are missing).
