Unfortunately, there's a crack on the glass of my Macbook Pro unibody screen. I just set up a service repair at http://www.crackedmacscreen.com and the guy's supposed to come in 2 hrs. The service is going to cost $300 and the guy' coming from DC area to Philadelphia. Would you guys tip the technician or not? I'm not quite sure on this.

My key rule on tipping is that I only give tip if I'm pleased with the service. The amount also depends on the quality. If I get excellent service, then I'm glad to give a bit more but if the service was okay-ish, I'll give a bit less. If I wasn't pleased at all, then I won't give anything.

So, my advice is to think about the overall experience and then decide. I don't tip because I feel I have to, I tip if I think it is worth it
