Howdee,

I'm loving my migration to Macs and OS-X. I have two questions though;

- When I dl my scientific data (20 gigs @ 5-8 mb/s) by battery through ethernet, my battery drops heavily (47% to 38% in 10-12 min).
- When i browse through digg or some Australian websites (common coporate ones, such as Travelex), I always get dead links. I check the links on my PC laptop and it works. I've tried playing around with the IPV6 settings but doesn't resolve my problems. Is there network settings that i can manipulate/change to get all websites opened. (I have tried chrome and firefox; however, they don't work. So, I assume it's my Mac. Also, I've tried changing my network cable).

Thanks.

Thanks for the replies guys. I am really enjoying the migration. Although, there are bits a pieces I haven't jumped at. Dunno, why I didn't jump at it when I had the opportunity.

Thanks Greenman85, I'll have a look at it.
