In the applications folder, can I make sub folders to make different categories? Or is it best to just leave all the apps sitting in the applications folder?

Thanks.

it's best to just leave it or since your steve jobs just tell the apple engineering team to make this feature :D but make it in 10.6.2 we don't want delays

Updates to iWork applications will not show up in Software Update unless they are in a folder titled "iWork" in the Applications folder.

Meaning, they can't just be sitting out in the folder itself for whatever reason.

I do it anyway and just download the standalone updates, but whatever.

Thanks for the replys guys. I just categorized all my apps except for the iWork folder, any other folders I should look out for?
