I want to keep a list of all the cydia tweaks I have before updating to iOS 5.0.1

Would I go in to Cydia and click manage and then select packages.
I would then type all the packages I have and update to 5.0.1 and download every tweak again from my list?

Look into PkgBackup ($7.99, I think) in Cydia. It will backup and restore all the apps/tweaks you have installed. Better than installing each thing individually.

For that I wouldnt spend the money on a batch installer like pkgbackup.
Just write down what you have and it will just take a few minutes to install them again.

Good to know so the method I wrote above would be sufficient to keeping my cydia tweaks from firmware to firmware?
