Quick Questions on Update Pop Ups

Hey Everyone . Quick question, Is there a way to stop the "Pop Ups" about Software updates?
I saw a post that you have to erase the downloaded IOS Update and it will stop. I cant find where this downloaded file hides. I looked in Settings, Icloud, Manage Account Storage , I do not see the download there..
So can this pop up be stopped?

Settings > General > iPhone Storage, scroll down and find the update, tap it and there should be a Delete button.

Erasing the download is a temporary fix, it will return..

That download is not there. Looked already
