Quick reply lag

iOS 9 is running smoothly for me except for when I try and use quick reply. I have an iPhone 5s, 5 and iPad Air and they all just stop responding when I pull down on a message. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't experienced it so far (touch wood).

Isn't the message notification supposed to stay at the top until you dismiss it now? Mine still disappears.

Same problem here, had it since Public Beta 3, had it on the final release, and still have it on 9.1 beta. Feedback has been submitted (again)
