I have an iPhone 7 Plus. I have it toggled on to allow replies from lock screen to messages. When I 3d Touch the messages it asks me to unlock the phone. How do I do a quick reply?

Yeah, that's usually one of the two things behind that (the other being the reply with message setting that you already have enabled).
