To get the best life out of your battery it is best to let is cycle at least once a month (reach all the way empty or when the battery plugin indicator shows up). However, it can be damaging to your battery if you leave your phone on low power for too long. The phone requires power even when off (albeit very little). So, if the phone is on dead battery for too long there can be damaging effects. Refer to http://www.apple.com/batteries/iphone.html for more information on your iphone battery.

you horrible people at macrumors didn't respond in a half hour, you FAIL.

The Curry Fish Ball|now becomes tasteless,
    neither fish nor curry.
    What's a failure!
You haven't selected the turnip,|too much fibre, failure.
The pig skin are overcooked, failure.
The pig blood is too soft,|a failure too.

you can't ask a question at 10 pm and expect it to be answered in less than an hour. People do this thing called SLEEP, so take what you can get and shut the **** up.
