Who said there will be a macOS 11, and why, in my opinion there's no need for it, doesn't mean I am not for a dark mode or an overhaul, actually, I think iOS X was better UI wise, liked it much more than this flat macOS UI.
This looks a lot more like Google's UI.I like certain things about this concept better than the other one I saw two years ago.

These guys should totally collaborate. Just wish Apple would actually look at these and play around with it.
Apple celebrates Women’s Day with picture of guy smirking behind the backs of women.

Removing the system bar on macOS would be a huge usability mistake.
And the woman wearing the Apple Watch needs to enter her passcode. This is definitely a candid photo. Or the Art Director needs to find a new career. Why is the woman in the middle pictured wearing a fitbit? LOL gtfo fitbit
I think the main issue is it forces them to make sacrifices both WRT engineering and design to allow for that. Unix and Linux free software world GUI in general is very flexible, but it's not as usable. It'll never happen, but I'd love it if Apple made it possible for people to develop skins/themes for macOS's official window manager. Linux window managers have traditionally allowed that.
Imagine using photoshop with that menubar. Doesn't work. Otherwise, I like the concept of more real estate.
I've never used Go (the language), but I've heard it's straight up better than Swift. And I've used Swift and don't like it. I think it's good considering all the compatibility they're trying to keep with ObjC stuff, but that's also holding it back severely.
He’s obviously not an OS X power user. Hiding the menu bar would be a stupid mistake.

I agree, it does make it a lot harder to keep track of conversations - since there are like 4 topics to discuss in one threadAm I the only one who does not care for that "Quick take" format? It makes the stories harder to skim through and the comments become impossible to follow. I could understand combining stories on the same topic, but grouping totally different stories makes no sense.
