quick time player,drag drop subs

quick time can incorporate subs if the name of the .srt file is exactly the same as the .avi
i.e matrix.avi and matrix.srt
but i would like to know if i can drag and drop the subs in some way...
does quick time have the ability to sychronize subs?

If Perian is installed. Don't know what you mean by drag-and-drop subtitles, you can copy/move subtitle files to the same directory as the movie file and rename it. Theoretically you could use Quicktime Pro to alter length and timeline placement of the subtitles, but it's too much hassle.

i usually download subs from internet so its easier throw them up to the program to see if i want them and no need to store.
yes perian is installed..
