Quick time previews

I discovered that you can watch vid previews in quicktime . All I have to do is figure out how I did this the first time. Some tips please.

I can't tell if you mean preview a QT movie or if you're talking about movie trailers or what. Can you explain exactly what you mean please?

When I first open quick time player, a vid/music preview screen opens. I have it now. Thanks
