Quick xbox 360 podcast question

Is there a way to download podcast on the xbox 360 through xbox live??? I think there was a way before the software update but I don't know how to do it on the new one.. Does anyone know how to do it?

I don't have a pc so I cant stream to it.

Not in particular; you need to have a Mac with Connect360 (or something similar) or a PC to stream your media library (including podcasts) to the 360.
