quickbook POS for windows working on a Mac

Can someone share their operating experience using quickbook POS for windows on a Mac? I just discovered bootcamp and parallels which could solve our problems finding a point-of-sale(POS) that will work with our quickbooks accounting software. My question is which works better bootcamp or parallels?
Since Intuit refuses to develope a POS for Mac's this seems like a solution, but I don't trust it, so before I make the investment I would luv to here someone's experience.

Either solution would work. Parallels would take out the need to reboot and give you the ability to save image states of the Windows installation if things go south.
