is there any trick to have quicklook running while I'm checking on safari or other app beside finder?

I try
defaults write com.apple.Finder QLHidePanelOnDeactivate 0

but it didn't work

Quicklook only runs in the foreground- it's a very appropriate name. If you want whatever you're viewing to remain in the background, open the file with Preview.

yeah,

just sometimes I'm checking through some info and quicklooking music on finder and don't want the music from quicklook to stop.

I'm sure there's a trick on terminal for sure because I've seen it somewhere before but can't manage to find it anymore.

@ miles01110 thank you for the suggestion

If it's music I'd suggest using a lightweight player like Cog- plays almost all file formats and doesn't require the hassle of importing into a library.
