in the attachment, is a snapshot from the welcome to leopard handbook, it shows that when opening keynote presentations, you get a list of all the slides to left, so you can click through and goto different slides. When I do quicklook on a keynote file, that side bar isnt there!! Does anyone have the same issue?

The functionality is still there but the thumbnails on the left are not. You just scroll through the slides now.

i know that you can open the files, but i really like the sidebar. Apple includes it in the manual, so it should have it in the system!
 
When saving a file using Keynote, check off the box that says Include preview in document.

If you've already saved the file, go to save as in the file menu.
