macOS QuickLook window always on top?

Just want to make QuickLook window float regardless of active application. Any way? (This is actually my old pain in the ass.)

P.S. QL worked just the way I want on Snow Leo after adding following string to com.apple.finder.plist:

QLHidePanelOnDeactivate 0

But since QL engine has been changed in Lion, it doesn't work.
