quickoffice and office 2010

Will updating my mac's office suite to office 2010 (from 2008) cause any compatibility issues with ipad's quickoffice?

WIll the files i create on my mac be compatible and vice versa?

any other compatibility issues you guys have experiences?

QuickOffice handles both .doc and .docx so you shouldn't have any problems with compatibility.
