QuickSilver & Clipboard history issues

I've been using QuickSilver and the clipboard history plugin for some time now. All of a sudden though, the history window pops up randomly. Usually when quitting an application.

I can't seem to find anything in the preferences about it and I'm not sure how to reinstall it either. I was hoping the problem was somewhat common. Anyone ever experience this?

yup, happens occasionally on my end as well. Not sure what is causing it as it is not a consistent issue. It will happen whenever I quite a program as well, but again only occasionally...
