Quicksilver for MBP

I was just chatting to a mate of mine about his mac ibook which has quicksilver, and it sounds like a pretty nifty feature. I found a download for it, but was just wondering how it would operate on the MBP, if it will atall. Or is there something similiar on the MBP that i havent noticed? Which would be embaressing.

Works nicely on a MacBook. I find I use it for launching apps, and SpotLight for find documents.

Programs are usually not model-dependent. A UB version of Quicksilver has been launched, and for the lazy (you) who do not know how to use google : http://download.blacktree.com/download.php?id=com.blacktree.Quicksilver&type=dmg&new=yes

I can use google perfectly well thankyou, cept this is my first mac and im paranoid at the best of times bout f****** it up.
