QuickTime 10 plugins. plugins from leopard work, but barely. who has the plugins

when i was running leopard perian and flip4mac and divx all ran great but now that i am using QuickTime 10 these plugins don't work all that well.

so...
what are some good plugins?

There's a Flip4Mac beta for Snow Leopard. Perian can be forced to work using a script but I'm holding out for a proper version.
