I'm turning to Macrumors for some help!!

Long story short, I was having trouble with quicktime, so I trashed everything, thinking that I could simply re-install...well, when I tried to re-install, it can't run the Quicktime 7 installer script, and so it just quits. I've tried to find the installer script, but have had no luck.

Any ideas? Thoughts? Any help out there?

Thanks in advance!!

Look in /Library/Receipts. Not sure what version of Quicktime you previously installed, so move any Quicktime7 receipts to the trash (don't empty it) and reboot. Try your installation again. If it goes well, you can empty the trash.
